As a former member of the U.S. Naval Force, Mon embodies discipline, integrity, and service excellence—qualities that continue to guide his professional endeavors. His time in the Navy instilled in him a deep commitment to leadership, responsibility, and the pursuit of excellence, which he now applies to the healthcare industry.

Working closely with the founder, Mon has developed an in-depth understanding of healthcare operations and patient care.
